Rodolphe Boulanger

Rodolphe is a native New Yorker who lives in Sleepy Hollow’s newest neighborhood, Edge-on-Hudson, with his family. He has worked with wine and food for over two decades and held leadership roles at local, regional, and national retailers in the US, UK, and France. Rodolphe has also spent six years operating a small business in Westchester. He has extensive procurement, strategic planning, and budgeting experience – and has been held responsible for annual budgets ranging from $1 million to $1.3 billion. He taps this diverse background by helping local entrepreneurs and business leaders. Rodolphe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, BA in Biochemistry from Swarthmore College, and numerous international accreditations in wine.

Growing up in a bicultural household with an immigrant father instilled in Rodolphe a passion for global history, cultures, and cuisine. The diversity of Sleepy Hollow was a big selling point for him and his family. Together we must keep it safe, walkable, and affordable. He seeks to build stronger engagement and connections across the community while leveraging his professional experience to continue to grow the Village’s commercial base. Rodolphe is a volunteer on the Sleepy Hollow Transportation & Parking Committee.
